Job summary

JD.com / Jingdong is expanding its European operations and is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to support our growing team in Germany. You will gain hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle while working with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment process for different business functions and locations
• Source and approach suitable candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Create and publish job advertisements
• Maintain candidate data and ensure accurate documentation throughout the hiring process
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies
• Support employer branding and recruiting activities
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
• Work closely with international HR and business stakeholders

• Previous exposure to logistics, supply chain, e-commerce or a related industry is an advantage
• Confident communication skills and enjoyment of working with different stakeholders
