• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including proactive sourcing, advanced screening, interviewing, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and post-hire follow-up
• Recruit tax professionals and related technical talent
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for top-tier tax professionals in competitive and niche talent markets
• Build and influence partnerships with hiring managers
• Provide market insights, talent intelligence, and strategic hiring recommendations for tax and accounting roles
• Support employment branding by communicating company culture, values, and benefits

Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience
• Strong foundation in strategic recruiting
• Proven strategic sourcing expertise across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and niche sourcing channels
• Ability to proactively source, engage, and "sell" opportunities to top talent in competitive markets
• Experience navigating and vetting candidate objections related to compensation, role scope, culture, benefits, and career growth
• Strategic, proactive sourcing mindset
• Ability to identify, target, and recruit talent from competitor organizationsExceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
