An innovative InsurTech company based in Berlin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive hiring for tech and marketing teams. This full-time hybrid position requires fluency in both German and English, along with at least 3 years of recruitment experience. Responsibilities include managing the entire talent acquisition process, collaborating with hiring managers, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech & Growing Markets (m/f/d) to play a key role in hiring top talent for our Tech and Marketing teams, as well as for special projects and emerging markets such as our recently launched patolo animal insurance product in France. This is a full-time (40 hours per week), hybrid position (1-2 days per week in the Berlin office, flexible) requiring fluency in German and English.
