Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a motivated junior recruiting coordinator in Germany to support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.

You will source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach, screen resumes, coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, and keep candidate records in the ATS accurate to ensure smooth, scalable hiring operations.

Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.
• A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
