Qualifikationen

• 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.
• A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
