Jobtailor is seeking a skilled remote Siemens MR technical support specialist with extensive MR system experience. You will deliver remote technical assistance to customers and service engineers, perform remote diagnostics, and drive solutions while coordinating with global teams.

Travel internationally for on-site repairs when needed, including Canada and Latin America. Applicants should have an associate degree or equivalent vocational training and 8+ years on MR systems, plus strong

• Associates degree or 2 years of vocational technical training required.
• More than 8 years’ experience working on MR systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix problems remotely using Siemens Remote Services.
• Good communication skills.
• Shift is Friday through Monday 0930 - 2030 - 10 hours per day.
• A successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law.

Aufgaben

• Provide remote technical support to Customers and Customer Service Engineers servicing Siemens MR equipment.
• Dispatch notifications to CSE's and provide quality action plans.
• Use remote diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Follow escalation process and communicate with HSC/QIB to drive solutions.
• Travel to assist with on-site repair of customer equipment as required, internationally at times, including Canada and Latin America.
• Provide feedback to the factory regarding system performance.
• Provide product support remotely or on-site.
• Share expert advice, training, and technical assistance to support staff and train lower-level employees.
• Demonstrate leading-edge or extensive knowledge in a technical specialty.
• Monitor ongoing field actions and manage the escalation process to ensure customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
