Our client, a global solutions provider in the manufacturing sector, based in Windhof is looking for a Supply Chain Planner to start as soon as possible. This is a temporary contract that may lead to a follow-up opportunity within the company.

Your responsabilities :
  • Plan, monitor, and confirm production commitments, ensuring lead times are met and urgent requests are managed efficiently.
  • Maintain and update product information in planning and ERP systems, including creation, modification, and removal of data as needed.
  • Coordinate the flow of orders between internal production and external partners, including purchase order processing, pallet handling, and schedule alignment.
  • Support weekly Master Plan Scheduling meetings by analyzing production data, reviewing line schedules, prioritizing key orders, and tracking progress on ongoing actions and experiments.
  • Contribute to Sales & Operations Planning processes, summarizing capacities and lead times, updating planning tools, and ensuring agreed decisions are followed up.
  • Identify and report system or tool issues for timely resolution to maintain smooth planning operations.
  • Suggest adjustments to production loads or allocation across plants to optimize capacity and meet business priorities.
  • Monitor material availability and potential supply risks, proposing contingency measures to minimize disruptions.
  • Assist with qualification, allocation, and replenishment processes, including Vendor Managed Inventory support.

  • IT proficiency, including ERP systems (SAP preferred; knowledge of OMP+ is a plus), Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, reporting), and Outlook.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of French, German, or Italian is a plus.
