AUTO1 Group, Europe’s leading digital automotive platform, seeks a Strategic Procurement Manager based in Berlin to build new processes and contribute to profitable growth. You will lead sourcing boards, own Source to Pay for IT-related categories, and drive savings while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years of working experience in procurement with track record in implementing new processes and category management.
• Experience in Technology category (IT: software, hosting, telephony)
• Completed studies, preferably a master degree
• Ideally, knowledge in global procurement as a Procurement Manager
• Strong ability to build strategies and drive initiatives for business improvement
• High level of analytical thinking with advanced Excel skills
• English communication is essential; German is a plus

Aufgaben

• Lead sourcing boards with departments and align on sourcing strategies.
• Own Source to Pay process for the category from planning to payment including supplier selection, tendering and negotiations.
• Prepare guidelines and benchmarking.
• Evaluate savings potential per account at EU level and deliver savings.
• Create and execute a category roadmap.
• Evaluate payment terms per category and drive improvement targets.
• Manage contracts through overviews and renewal plans.
• Work autonomously and coordinate multiple internal stakeholders.
• Drive collaboration and partnerships with vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Leading sourcing boards with departments and aligning on sourcing strategies
• Owning Source to Pay process for the category: from planning to payment including suppliers selection, tendering and negotiations
• Preparing guidelines and benchmarking
• Evaluating savings potential per each account on EU-level, delivering savings
• Creating and executing a category roadmap
• Evaluating base of payment terms per category and execute improvement targets
• Contract management: creating contracts overviews and renewals plans
• Working efficiently and autonomously in highly self-driven manner
• Coordinating multiple internal stakeholders with various hierarchy level
• Driving collaboration and partnership with vendors

Qualifications:

• At least 3years of working experience in procurement preferably with experience in implementing new processes and category management
• Experience in Technology category(IT: software, hosting, telephony)
• Completed studies, preferably a masterdegree
• Ideally, in-depth knowledge in global procurement as a Procurement Manager
• Sound experience in building up strategies and driving initiatives, for business improvement
• A high level of analytical thinking coupled with advanced Excel skills
• You master excellent verbal and written communication in English, while German is a plus
