Job summary

AUTO1 Group is Europe’s leading digital automotive platform and reshapes the used-car market with Autohero, wirkaufendeinauto.de and AUTO1.com. The SP&P team makes sales strategy data-driven and standardized to deliver value for dealers across Europe.

In this role you’ll manage budgets, headcount, capacity and incentives, build forecasts and run-rate projections, and collaborate with Sales, Finance and HR to close gaps and drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Several years’ experience in Sales Strategy, Commercial Finance, Sales Controlling, Consulting or a similar analytical role.
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, incentive schemes and target models.
• Strong analytical skills with complex data and business models.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, ownership, business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English, other European languages a plus.
