Your tasks

As Strategic Incubation Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing new business ideas and innovative offerings for LAPP. In the role of an intrapreneur, you will drive the establishment of a start‑up in a corporate environment and lead projects to success with passion, initiative and assertiveness. To do this, you will test, validate and implement potential business ideas using the lean start‑up method. Specifically, this means:

• Formulating and testing hypotheses about customer needs through customer interaction and market analysis.
• Developing prototypes and minimum viable products (MVPs) and conducting user tests.
• Designing and validating a business plan for new business models (sales planning, resource requirements, etc.) and regularly communicating and presenting project progress to management.
• Project management with interdisciplinary team members, including budget responsibility. Intensive cooperation with stakeholders from the existing corporate environment.
• Development and implementation of an integration strategy to integrate the start‑up into the LAPP organisation.

Your profile

You have a genuine hands‑on mentality with an innovative spirit and entrepreneurial thinking. With experience in the start‑up environment or as an intrapreneur, you combine strategic know‑how with a hands‑on mentality. You understand business models, confidently apply lean start‑up principles and develop creative solutions that inspire. Your strong communication skills and ability to work in a team make you the ideal sparring partner for new ideas.

• Successfully completed degree in business administration, technology, innovation management, entrepreneurship or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience as a founder, venture architect, consultant, innovation manager, intrapreneur or in the start‑up ecosystem with high motivation and willingness to learn.
• Strong understanding of (digital) business models, growth strategies, business development and a hands‑on mentality, as well as a pragmatic approach to developing and implementing solutions.
• Knowledge of the lean start‑up method: experience in applying lean start‑up principles to develop and validate new business ideas. Experience in prototype development and conducting customer interviews.
• High degree of creativity, commitment, sense of responsibility and determination, as well as flexibility.
• Confident use of Office 365 and collaboration tools.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
