Drive strategic design initiatives aligned with customer and user needs, product vision, and company strategy with a focus on SAP Signavio Suite Experience.
Develop early design concepts and strategically evolve product and value propositions.
Collaborate closely with designers, product management, and engineering teams.
Assess and analyze existing solutions, competitive reviews, and stakeholder inputs to recommend solutions and identify opportunities for improvement in existing software.
Partner with UX researchers to plan and conduct generative and evaluative user research.
Maintain high‑quality standards and ensure alignment with our design system and UX principles.
Synchronize design efforts with stakeholders regularly for transparency and alignment with overarching initiatives.
Facilitate impactful workshops with groups of varying sizes, planning activities, drawing insights, and engaging participants.
2+ years in UX design, with proven ability to translate user needs into design visions that inform strategy and execution.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates excellent design skills and the ability to drive projects from concept to production, utilizing tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with design systems, patterns and components.
Deep knowledge of UX methodologies and artefacts (wireframes, personas, flows).
Experience in effectively utilizing UX research and validation approaches.
A curious and proactive mindset to stay updated within a dynamic, emerging field.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate timelines and scope expectations.
A proactive, self‑starting attitude, comfortable with aligning with all types of stakeholders.
Proven team player skills, emphasizing collaboration and achieving common goals.
Background in B2B / Enterprise Design.
Previous experience within agile software development teams and a proven goal‑oriented mindset.
Experience assisting the creation, communication and execution of UX strategy.
In‑depth analytical skills, structured and data‑driven working approach.
