Job summary

RENRU Human Resources Technology, a global HR leader, is expanding its Berlin hub and seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to drive end-to-end recruitment across Europe. You will source candidates, screen via calls/videos, and manage client relationships from needs definition to contract signing.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in recruitment, strong English, and ideally Mandarin; German or other European languages are a plus. Hybrid/onsite in Berlin with a global team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and tools.
• Professional English; Mandarin is a strong advantage; other European languages are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.

We are looking for ambitious and an experienced Recruitment Consultant who want to propel their careers by leveraging Renrui’s massive scale, cutting-edge technology, and proven track record. Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment (360 Delivery): Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse European roles. Act as a trusted, reliable contact person for both clients and candidates from initial sourcing to contract signing.
• Candidate Engagement & Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract top talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, Xing, and professional communities. Conduct phone and video screenings to assess capabilities, motivation, and cultural fit, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with client HR teams and hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, compensation benchmarks, and core competencies. Facilitate smooth feedback loops and align expectations to drive continuous process improvement.
• Offer & Onboarding Management: Handle offer communications and salary negotiations. Coordinate background checks in compliance with local data protection regulations (GDPR) and provide dedicated pre-boarding support to ensure a seamless start for candidates.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Track and analyze key recruitment funnel metrics (response rate, interview conversion, offer acceptance, time-to-fill) to continuously optimize sourcing channels and candidate engagement strategies.

Your Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, headhunting, talent acquisition, or RPO delivery, ideally within a European agency or corporate context.
• Market Knowledge: A strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and familiarity with standard recruitment tools and technology.
• Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage, as you will regularly collaborate with our headquarters in China. Additional European languages (e.g., German, French) are a plus.
• Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership. Capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high quality and speed.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a strong customer-service orientation in cross-cultural environments.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above; a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must possess valid work authorization for Germany.
