Randstad Enterprise in Germany is seeking a Recruiter (m/f/d) - Early Careers for a full-time permanent internal position starting immediately, offering a long-term perspective.

You will manage the full recruitment process for early careers and volume roles, collaborate with hiring managers and HR Services, and act as trusted advisor to ensure high-quality candidate experiences while benefiting from remote work, onboarding training, and a strong benefits package.

Your Profile:

• Experience: You bring at least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on early careers or volume recruiting.
