Zusammenfassung

CYBEX GMBH in Munich seeks an experienced Product Manager for webshop operations and digital product initiatives. You will own promotional activities, oversee ratings and reviews, and drive A/B testing across markets.

The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder management, and fluency in English (German a plus). You will collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Development, Merchandising, Content, CRM and Customer Service teams to optimize the online shopping journey.

• Own and coordinate promotional activities across CYBEX webshop markets, including campaign setup, testing, execution and optimization.
• Manage and continuously develop the Ratings & Reviews platform, including market rollouts and vendor coordination.
• Manage webshop A/B testing and experimentation program from ideation to results and documentation.
• Identify optimization opportunities across the customer journey using analytics and customer feedback.
• Define requirements for webshop improvements and translate into development tasks.
• Coordinate webshop enhancements with Product, UX/UI, Development, Merchandising, Content, CRM and Customer Service teams.
• Perform QA and validation of new functionalities and promotions before and after launch.
• Act as a contact person for operational webshop topics and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Maintain relationships with external platform providers and partners for improvements and support.
• Maintain processes and governance for consistent webshop operation.

Your seat to fill:

• Own and coordinate promotional activities across CYBEX webshop markets, including campaign setup, testing, execution and optimization
• Manage and continuously develop the Ratings & Reviews platform, including market rollouts, platform configuration, performance monitoring and vendor coordination
• Manage and support the webshop A/B testing and experimentation program, from identification and prioritization of test ideas through implementation, analysis and documentation of results
• Identify optimization opportunities across the customer journey based on customer feedback, analytics, benchmarking, business requirements and industry best practices
• Define functional and business requirements for webshop improvements and translate them into clear implementation requirements for internal and external development teams
• Coordinate the implementation of webshop enhancements with Product Management, UX/UI, Development, Merchandising, Content, CRM, Customer Service and other relevant stakeholders
• Perform quality assurance and validation of new functionalities, promotional setups, experiments and other webshop changes before and after launch
• Act as a contact person for operational webshop topics, investigate issues and coordinate their resolution with the relevant internal and external teams
• Manage relationships with relevant external platform providers and implementation partners and coordinate platform improvements, updates and support topics
• Maintain relevant processes, documentation and platform governance to ensure consistent and efficient webshop operation

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Several years of relevant professional experience in e-commerce, digital product management, webshop operations or a comparable digital role, ideally within a retailer, consumer brand or e-commerce business
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Digital Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Media Management or a comparable relevant field
• Good understanding of e-commerce customer journeys, digital platforms and the commercial drivers of an online shop
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand complex topics and translate them into pragmatic solutions
• Proactive, curious and hands-on mindset with the strong willingness to learn, take ownership and continuously develop within e-commerce
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product, UX/UI, Development, Merchandising, CRM, Content and Customer Service
• Fluent English is required; German is a plus
• Experience with e-commerce and optimization platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Yotpo, Kameleoon or comparable solutions is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working with data and using customer feedback, analytics and experimentation to support decisions and identify optimization opportunities
• Confident and responsible use of modern AI tools to support day-to-day work, for example for research, analysis, documentation, ideation and process efficiency
