Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a high-performance tech recruiter to lead the first three accounts, conduct placements autonomously, and build two new projects from your network. You will negotiate with Practice Leads and C-level executives to fill tech roles with long-term fit.

You will leverage automation tools such as LinkedIn Automation, Clay, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to source passive talent and drive revenue targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a high-performance headhunter / tech recruiter.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Automation or Clay.
• Experience using GitHub and/or Stack Overflow for sourcing.
• Ability to identify passive talent.
• Communicate as an equal with Practice Leads and C-level executives.
• Demonstrate extreme ownership and the ability to successfully fill challenging roles.
• Independently manage recruiting processes and account management.
