Zusammenfassung

INOVANCE Automotive in Stuttgart offers an interface role acting as the technical liaison for European motor controller products (MCU / inverter). You will translate customer requirements into feasible technical solutions and drive delivery from discussions to mass production.

You will coordinate with R&D, quality and supply chain, manage technical risks, and support RFQ inputs. German and English fluency and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related disciplines.
• Familiar with motor control / drive unit products; hands-on experience in product development or technical support for motor controllers (inverters) or related products.
• Strong project management capabilities, including solution planning, risk identification & control, and cross-team driving.
• Language: Fluent in German and English
• Excellent cross-cultural communication skills and availability for business travel

Aufgaben

• Serve as the technical interface for European customers, conducting technical communication and solution design for motor controller (MCU / inverter) products.
• Interpret customer technical specifications and SOR, complete requirement breakdown, feasibility analysis and technical solution deliverables.
• Participate in project planning, manage technical risks and drive issues to closed-loop resolution.
• Coordinate internal R&D, quality and supply chain resources to ensure delivery against project milestones.
• Support technical assessment and quotation input during the RFQ phase.
• Track technical trends and competitor developments of motor control products in Europe to support product planning
