Zusammenfassung

Associer Intl. is seeking a resident Munich Office engineer to provide on-site technical support for European commercial vehicle clients, translating requirements into internal specs and guiding product improvements.

You will lead pre-sales activities, risk assessment, SFMEA, and technical reviews while coordinating with Marketing on product communications. Ideal candidates hold a related engineering degree, have 3+ years in EV or battery projects, and are willing to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree or above in electrical, electronic, mechanical or vehicle engineering (chemistry/electrochemistry preferred).
• Familiar with at least one circuit principle, mechanical (or thermal) design, cell design or vehicle application; Master at least one CAD tool; familiar with Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Provide on-site technical support for European commercial vehicle clients at Munich office.
• Communicate customer demands to the domestic OCA team, decompose and distribute tasks, track project progress.
• Translate customer requirements into internal specifications; analyze performance boundaries, review shipment data, and propose product improvements.
• Support on-site certification, announcements and test calibration.
• As a system engineer, lead pre-sales technical support, risk assessment, SFMEA, technical review, and design verification tracking.
• Act as the external technical interface; coordinate with Marketing for technical exchanges and gather customer and market demands.

The Job:

Job Description

• 1. Resident in Munich Office, Responsible for on-site technical support of European commercial vehicle clients
• 2. Responsible for customer demand communication, timely delivery of customer demand to the domestic OCA team, demand decomposition and distribution, scheme outline design, customer project progress tracking;
• 3. Responsible for translating customer requirements into internal product technical specifications, analyzing product performance boundaries in detail, reviewing shipment data, participating in test sample data analysis and failure analysis, and proposing product optimization direction;
• 4. Support customer on-site certification, announcement and test calibration;
• 5. As a system engineer, mainly responsible for pre-sales technical support, risk assessment, leading SFMEA, leading technical review, tracking product design verification;
• 6. As the external technical interface of the company, cooperate with the Marketing Department to carry out technical exchanges and product publicity, and collect and summarize customer and market demands.

Job Requirement

• 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, electronic, mechanical or vehicle engineering, chemistry/electrochemistry is preferred
• 2. Familiar with at least one skill in circuit principle, mechanical (or thermal) design, cell design or vehicle application; Master at least one CAD tool. Familiar with Office applications
• 3. At least 3 years working experience, new energy vehicle or battery system project development experience is preferred, product development experience is preferred, and customer related work experience is preferred
• 4. Responsible for overseas projects, good English communication skills, adaptable to frequent business trips, clear logic, strong communication and coordination skills
