A leading legal technology firm is seeking a Solutions Consultant to recommend, demonstrate, and implement legal technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and French and possess a law degree or equivalent experience. They will work closely with sales teams to understand customer needs and ensure successful implementation of technology solutions. The Solutions Consultant will be responsible for recommending, demonstrating and implementing legal technology solutions to customers. This role involves working closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and then presenting our product proposition in a way that resonates with them. The successful candidate will have experience working within a similar environment and will be able to demonstrate how they have added value to their organization by streamlining business processes. They should also possess excellent communication skills as well as being solution orientated when dealing with customer queries or problems.
Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The target total cash compensation range varies across locations. For Ontario, Canada, the target total cash compensation range for this role is $130,000 CAD - $180,000 CAD. Pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual’s knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay and any target sales incentive are part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This is inclusive of both base pay and any target sales incentive.
