Flinker GmbH is seeking a senior engagement lead with deep AEC/BIM expertise to design solutions, craft proposals, and guide large customer projects. You will bridge customers, product and tech, while supporting deal closures in a hybrid, on-site oriented role.

Ideal candidates blend strong technical credibility with customer-facing polish, and bring an established network within the AEC/BIM space. This is a high-responsibility, ownership-driven position with hybrid work expectations.

Qualifications

• Deep AEC/BIM knowledge (IFC, ISO 19650, CDE)
• Credible with customers and technically strong
• Calm, conscientious, mission-driven
• Own network a plus
• Not pure sales, not pure dev
