Job summary

Agile-IS GmbH in Germany seeks a hands-on consultant to join the team, working directly with clients on small to medium solutions and combining consulting with delivery.

You will translate business problems into practical digital solutions using M365, Power Platform and automation, and you will explain technical work clearly to non-technical stakeholders on-site.

Qualifications

• Speak and write very good German.
• At least 5 years of professional experience after degree or comparable training.
• Enjoy working directly with clients.
• Not only build technical solutions but explain them.
• Experience with M365, Power Platform or comparable environments.
• Willing to travel to client meetings and work on-site.
• Able to work independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients on small to medium solutions, bringing consulting and delivery together.
• Bridge consulting and delivery for modernisation projects.
• Develop and implement Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and Teams solutions.
• Automate manual routines and provide AI support for recurring tasks.
• Modernise business applications that grew over time.
