Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors architect to advise on system architecture and integrations for HR landscapes. You will collaborate with SAP SF consultants and design concepts for extensions and integrations while owning internal responsibility for the SAP SF Platform/Foundation.

You should hold SF module certification, have broad SF expertise, and be fluent in German and English, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite and the relationships between modules.
• Experience in landscape architecture and integration with SAP apps (e.g., BTP) and third-party tools.
• Certification in at least one SF module.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and confident presence.
• Fluent German and English skills.

• Certification in at least one SF module

• Fluent German and English skills
