Job summary
SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced recruitment/HR consulting professional to leverage SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and related modules.
You will work on diverse client projects, collaborating with teams to optimize recruiting processes across onboarding, learning, performance and employee central disciplines. Fluency in German and English is required, with flexibility for remote, hybrid, or autonomous work arrangements and opportunities for professional growth within a top HR/IT
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, ideally certified.
- Initial experience with SmartRecruiters is a plus.
- Strong understanding of holistic recruiting processes and their intersections with adjacent modules such as Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, and Employee Central.
- Strong consulting skills, empathy & conceptual thinking.
- A passion for teamwork & continuous development.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
