Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP HCM consultant to work on on-premise and hybrid SAP environments. You will implement customer-specific requirements in ABAP and explore cloud topics such as BTP and SAP SuccessFactors with our team.

Qualifications

• Several years of solid experience in SAP HCM.
• Strong knowledge of ABAP/ABAP OO, especially in the HCM environment.
• Willingness to explore cloud topics like BTP, SAP SuccessFactors, or modern interface solutions.
• Enjoy working independently — remotely or on-site at customer premises.
• Excellent command of English and German.
