SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced (Senior) SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Employee Central integration. You will drive the technical and conceptual responsibility for integrating SAP SuccessFactors EC with SAP HCM while leveraging SAP BTP and Integration Suite.

The role supports a hybrid work model and may require short onsite visits at client locations. You should be fluent in German and have strong English skills, with a track record in EC module certifications.

• Solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, including certification.
• Expertise in integrating SAP HCM with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Ability to work onsite for short periods during projects.
• Very good English and fluent German.

• You will take responsibility (both technically and conceptually) for integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP HCM
• Your experience in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and/or Integration Suite will be actively applied
• You will manage integration and interface development during the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
