AI Bonding is an early-stage Berlin-based startup working at the intersection of AI, mental health and human connection. We are currently building our core team and are looking for a Content Internship Manager who wants to grow with a young startup and gain hands‑on experience.

What you’ll do:

• Create and manage content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms
• Work with AI-based tools (e.g. avatars, generative content)
• Support content strategy and brand positioning
• Collaborate closely with founders and the core team
• Help shape our online presence from an early stage
• Bring in your own ideas and creativity — we really value initiative

What we’re looking for:

• Interest in content creation, social media or digital marketing
• Creativity and a good feeling for storytelling
• Experience with social media platforms
• Motivation to work in a fast‑moving startup environment
• Interest in AI, mental health or tech‑driven products is a big plus
• Good English skills (German is a plus, but not required)
