As a part of our international and experienced team, you will have the opportunity to combine your IT expertise with a dynamic working environment. As a Ship IT Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the onboard IT infrastructure of a diverse river cruise fleet across Europe

You will provide efficient and professional IT services to our managed fleet of river cruise vessels operating in the Netherlands, Germany, and other European ports. Your expertise in first- and second-level support will be crucial in your day-to-day work.

You will apply your broad IT knowledge to support users with the software we use onboard, including remote support, telephone assistance, and on-site training throughout Europe. Your daily tasks will also include user management, setting up IT infrastructure, procuring hardware and software, and maintaining inventory. You will serve as a key contact for ship crews and liaise regularly with external IT suppliers and service providers.

You hold a degree in Information Technology or a related field. You are able to work independently while being a reliable team player and demonstrate strong communication skills in English—knowledge of German is an advantage.

Frequent travel across Europe is not a problem for you, and you possess a valid Class B driving licence.
