You will shape holistic architectural concepts on the ServiceNow platform and guide customers from conception to implementation, balancing technical excellence with governance and security.

Qualifications

• Broad and in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including security and integration capabilities.
• Experience with platform management, ITOM, CSDM, CMDB and governance concepts.
• Knowledge of integration strategies within complex enterprise IT environments.
• Experience developing technical target architectures for both specialist departments and C-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of IT service processes such as ITIL, ESM and ITSM.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis, architecture development and project management.
• Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent presentation and consulting skills at all organisational levels.
• A passion for continuous learning, innovation and solution-oriented thinking.

As a ServiceNow Platform Architect, you will take on a key strategic and technical role in demanding customer projects. You will develop holistic architectural concepts based on the ServiceNow platform and support customers from initial conception through to successful implementation.
