Harvey Nash seeks an experienced ServiceNow professional to shape and grow an Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform used across a global enterprise. You will advise on capabilities, design, and long-term Strategy while implementing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions.

Ideal candidates will combine technical delivery with stakeholder consulting across international teams, with fluency in German and good English. ITSM alignment and IRM/GRC focus are essential.

• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation, administration, Service Portal, and UI components, ideally in IRM/GRC.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
• CSA certification is required.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional to join a global environment where you will help expand and enhance a central Integrated Risk Management (IRM) platform used internationally.

Your Responsibilities

• Enhance and further develop a central Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solution based on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advise stakeholders on functional capabilities, technical solution design, implementation approaches, and long-term ServiceNow strategies.
• Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions within a global enterprise environment.
• Analyze, design, and optimize business processes and integrate them into the ServiceNow platform.
• Act as a trusted advisor for internal customers, providing both strategic and operational consulting.
• Support platform improvements, roadmap planning, and continuous service optimization.

Your Profile

• Proven experience with ServiceNow implementation, administration, Service Portal, and UI components, ideally within the IRM/GRC space.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• ServiceNow Certified Risk and Compliance Implementation Specialist certification is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with a structured, process-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team player who enjoys collaborating in international environments.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based IT Service Management processes is a plus.
• Fluent German and good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
