Zusammenfassung

Alldus is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect in Germany to shape and lead a growing ServiceNow team. You will focus on CSM, HRSD, and Now Assist/Agentic AI, creating technical roadmaps for key clients and stakeholders, while contributing hands-on as needed.

You will collaborate with clients and leadership, gather requirements, and design scalable ServiceNow solutions from start to finish—driving modernization and integration efforts across projects.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years ServiceNow experience minimum.
• German and English REQUIRED.
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, etc.).

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join us through an exciting new period of growth and investment in the platform.

This Architect will help shape the ServiceNow team as they expand, focusing on advancemnet in CSM, &/OR HRSD, and Agentic AI. Create the Technical Roadmap for key clients & stakeholders, while helping out hands-on as needed.

What will you be doing:

• Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team
• Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly across the board within ServiceNow, but in particular work implementations focused in CSM, HRSD & Now Assist/Agentic AI
• Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders
• Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform
• Lead the development team & be hands-on technically as needed, working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements

Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow Architecture experience
• 3-5 years ServiceNow experience MINIMUM
• Strong communication skills in German and English REQUIRED
• ServiceNow Certifications(CSA, CAD, CIS etc..)
