Aapmor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead ServiceNow HRSD implementations. You will drive end-to-end projects, align HR processes with HRSD modules, and ensure on-time delivery across cross-functional teams.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders, manage budgets and risks, and promote adoption with effective training and change management. This role is remote with travel on demand, long-term engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of HR processes: talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll, employee relations.
• Expertise with ServiceNow HRSD and modules, scripting, and data migration.
• Strong PM skills with MS Project, JIRA or similar.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Expertise in the ServiceNow HRSD platform and related modules, including scripting and data migration.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in change management and organizational transformation related to HR technology.
• Familiarity with ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
