• Proven experience leading workflow implementations or business transformation projects.
• Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage engagements independently and resolve complex delivery challenges.
• Understanding of how AI can improve workflows and service delivery.
• Knowledge of workflow solutions within relevant industries.
• ServiceNow certifications in a related area are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
