X4 Group seeks a ServiceNow Architect to design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions, aligning business and technical requirements. You will lead architecture, implement OMT and ITSM modules, and work with stakeholders, tech teams and project managers to define designs and roadmaps.

Job Type: B2B Contract or 1 year fixed term employment

Location: Bonn, German & Kosice, Slovakia (some travel required now and then)

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Lead the architecture, implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow OMT and ITSM modules across the platform.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and project managers to define solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership, governance and best practice guidance throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Support integration, testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation of ServiceNow solutions within a telecommunications environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect on enterprise-scale implementations.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with ServiceNow OMT (Order Management for Telecom) and ITSM (mandatory).
• Previous experience delivering ServiceNow solutions within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, integrations and solution design best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in hybrid, international project teams.
