BCIC Swiss | Best Connect International Company is looking for a Full-Time, On-site "Service Delivery Manager" in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end service delivery operations for clients.
• Ensure services are delivered according to SLA (Service Level Agreement).
• Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and resolve service-related issues.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare service reports, performance reports, and documentation.
• Handle incident management and escalation processes.
• Improve service quality and operational efficiency.
• Support team management, task allocation, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure timely delivery of IT support and infrastructure services.

Requirements

• Valid work permit for Germany (mandatory)
• Experience in managing the team performance directly
• Might be suited for operational position rather than SDM position
• Experience if SDM scope of work - like interviewing, team management, escalation handling, owning the PnL.
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Local language(German) & English B2 level needed
