Global Service Delivery Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Service Delivery Manager to lead international rollout projects for network infrastructure services such as SD‑WAN, LAN, and WiFi. You’ll be the central coordinator between internal teams, customers, and external suppliers — ensuring smooth execution, clear communication, and timely delivery across multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage infrastructure rollout projects across international locations
• Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and third‑party vendors
• Host meetings, track action items (OPL), and follow up on open points
• Document project progress in central systems (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams)
• Identify risks, delays, and blockers early and escalation when needed
• Monitor milestones, deadlines, and quality targets
• Provide regular status updates to project leadership
• Understand technical concepts (SD‑WAN, LAN, WiFi) to manage expectations effectively

Ideal Profile

• Proven experience in international IT rollout projects, especially in network/infrastructure
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English and German
• Familiarity with project tools such as MS Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint
