As a Service Assistant (m/f/d) at the Porsche Center, you will ensure a first-class first impression with friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism.You will welcome our customers (m/f/d) in person and by phone and ensure smooth operations in the service area.Together with the service team, you will schedule appointments, coordinate the daily schedule, and always maintain an overview of customer requests, contact persons (m/f/d), and the status of orders.You will create a pleasant atmosphere in the waiting area, provide refreshments, and present the Porsche brand in a stylish manner.You will act as the central interface between service, sales, and parts departments, ensuring that all relevant information is passed on quickly and effectively.You will also inform our customers (m/f/d) about current offers and services and support them with administrative tasks such as maintaining customer data,scheduling appointments, and preparing service invoices.You will manage replacement vehicles, accompany vehicle handovers, and conduct customer satisfaction calls.You will also be actively involved in marketing campaigns and the sale of Porsche lifestyle products.

Requirements

You have completed commercial training; ideally, you are a qualified automotive salesperson (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification.Ideally, you have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in customer contact.You enjoy dealing with people and know how to welcome guests.You work in a structured, reliable manner with a strong commitment to quality.
