How to support our team

• You’ll be responsible for strategic and operational SEO and GEO consulting for our existing clients
• Independently analyze and communicate strategic and technical optimization measures
• Proactively identify SEO opportunities and issues for your clients
• You’ll act as a trusted advisor, maintaining regular, direct client communication.
• Independently prepare ad‑hoc analyses and solutions, e.g., in case of visibility drops or current developments
• You’ll manage projects and brief client tasks to our internal team members (e.g., SEO analysts or editors).
• Conducting workshops for employees and clients.

Requirements

• You’ve already independently and successfully managed and further developed SEO and client projects.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience as an in‑house SEO or at an SEO agency.
• Communication is your strength, and you enjoy explaining complex SEO or GEO concepts in a clear way. You can interact effectively with clients and know how to coordinate internal teams.
• You live in Berlin or the surrounding area, or you’re excited to relocate to Berlin or nearby for this role.
• You have experience with common SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SISTRIX, Screaming Frog, SEMrush or Ahrefs).
• You understand how Google and other search engines work and keep up with the latest industry developments.
• You work in a structured, sustainable manner and have strong self‑discipline.
• You’re characterized by solution‑oriented thinking and aren’t afraid of more complex client questions.
• Native-level German and good English skills round out your profile.
