Jobtailor is seeking a technical recruiter to partner with Berlin-based clients, leveraging deep sourcing techniques to attract the world’s best talent for our partners. You will work closely with candidates and clients to ensure a precise match and a smooth hiring process.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on talent strategy, culture fit, and hiring timelines while managing multiple searches with meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of technical recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Exceptional organisational skills and are detail-oriented.
