Talentful is looking for a recruiting sourcer who will find and attract top talent for a client using deep sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and Boolean, and work closely with a single client to deeply understand their culture.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of non-technical recruitment sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and expertise with Boolean.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.
