Jobtailor in Germany seeks an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner to run full-cycle recruitment for our Technology team, from graduates to engineers and consultants, and to build pipelines across Singapore and Malaysia.

You will partner with hiring managers, advise on employee relations, support performance management, onboarding, compensation processes, and ensure compliance with local legislation across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role supporting managers and employees.
• Experience recruiting in the technology space and understanding what good technical talent looks like.
• Familiarity with employee engagement, performance management, and talent review processes.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed or remote teams.

• Source proactively through LinkedIn, referrals, professional communities, and networking activities.
• Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and leaders within the Technology & Innovation practice.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters, performance management, and employee development.
• Coach leaders on people management best practices, feedback conversations, and performance discussions.
• Support compensation and promotion processes, providing market insights and ensuring consistency in people decisions.
• Lead onboarding and integration efforts to help new hires become productive and connected quickly.
• Partner with the broader People team on performance reviews, employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, and culture-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and HR practices across Singapore and Malaysia.
