Jobtailor in Germany seeks an experienced in-house recruiter for Tech roles across Europe. You will own end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will leverage data-driven methods and AI tools, stay ahead with innovative sourcing, and contribute to strategic initiatives in a fast-growing tech business. Strong stakeholder management, proficiency with SmartRecruiters and Workday, and business English are required;

Qualifikationen

• Several years of in-house recruiting experience with a strong focus on Tech Hiring in international environments.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions with ownership and autonomy.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (Workday) with interest in AI and new technologies in recruiting.
• Business fluent English; German at business level is a strong plus.

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech roles, including Engineering, Product, Data & AI, and IT Services, across multiple European locations.
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through active sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn) and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers, providing guidance, running interview trainings, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
• Use data-driven recruiting approaches to continuously improve hiring strategies and actively shape processes, ways of working and recruiting culture.
• Explore and apply AI-driven recruiting tools and approaches, proactively testing new solutions, optimizing workflows, and making recommendations to elevate the team’s capabilities.
• Contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives, participate in key business meetings, and bring your expertise into broader organizational discussions.

Requirements

• Several years of in-house recruiting experience with a strong focus on Tech Hiring in international environments.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions while working with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
• Hands‑on experience with modern ATS systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g. Workday) as well as a strong interest in leveraging AI and new technologies in recruiting.
• Business fluent English is a must; German at business level is a strong plus.
