Jobtailor seeks an experienced Product Owner/Solution Engineer to drive Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud initiatives within the energy sector. You will translate market needs into prioritized backlogs and align demo assets with product roadmaps across teams.

Collaborating with Product, Solutions, and Demo Tech, you will manage high-impact technical projects, identify risks, and ensure robust, secure demo environments built on Salesforce architecture.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years professional experience in Product Ownership or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Energy industry.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required.
• Agentforce Specialist or Data Cloud certification; can be obtained during ramping.
• Advanced Administrator certification.
• Experience managing backlogs and executing sprints in Agile/Scrum.
• CSM or PSM certification.
• Comfort with GitHub, PRs, and version control workflows.
• Basic code literacy (LWC, Apex, JSON).
• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives or as a Solution Engineer.
• Experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud.
• CSPO or CSM certification preferred.

• Re-prioritize work as needs change and use ceremonies to realign teams.
• Suggest process improvements and track outcomes.
• Translate technical details into business value.
• Conduct structured discussions to extract and document requirements.
• Facilitate discussions resolving competing priorities.
• Apply Salesforce capabilities to Energy industry scenarios.
• Maintain demo environments and troubleshoot common issues.
• Map demo assets to industry and customer problems and document solution coverage.

• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience

• Advanced Administrator certification

• Comfort with GitHub, Pull Requests, and version control workflows
• Basic code literacy, such as LWC, Apex, or JSON
• Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives or working as a Solution Engineer, Technical Business Analyst, or in pre-sales
• Experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud
• CSPO or CSM certification preferred
