Zusammenfassung

GridUnity seeks an accomplished Product Leader to own the strategic roadmap for its Intelligence Platform, coordinating delivery timing across components and setting success metrics. You will balance platform priorities with feature velocity while engaging leadership on trade-offs and risks.

You will collaborate with infrastructure engineers, educate product owners on platform components, and drive backlog refinement, epics, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years experience in B2B enterprise software organizations
• 7+ years in Product Management including platform/infrastructure/technical PM
• Track record of SaaS product development and launch
• Energy/utility industry experience required
• Experience in utility/ISO/RTO or developer with interconnection/grid planning/utility-scale development is a plus
• In-depth understanding of Agile software development methodology
• Strong written and verbal communication, ability to translate between technical and business
• Strong stakeholder management and prioritization of competing priorities
• Highly organized, managing multiple projects and deliverables
• Ability to adapt to changing internal and external priorities
• U.S. person status: U.S. citizen/legal permanent resident/asylee/refugee; legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship
• Core competencies include platform and infrastructure product management, API governance, and regulatory compliance

Aufgaben

• Own the strategic roadmap for GridUnity's Intelligence Platform components and coordinate delivery timing
• Balance platform prioritization against feature velocity and present trade-offs to leadership
• Set and report platform success metrics including API adoption, uptime, time-to-build, and customer satisfaction
• Partner with infrastructure engineering and educate product owners on platform components and infrastructure
• Run platform capability intake and support product owners in testing customer satisfaction and needs
• Write epics, requirements, and acceptance criteria; run backlog refinement and release planning
• Own the core platform object model and extension framework for customers and regulatory requirements across the U.S.
• Govern the developer API portal for internal product teams and external partners
• Own the integration framework plan for third-party systems
• Define integration requirements, SLAs, and support models with engineering, security, and customer-facing teams
• Champion performance, scalability, multi-tenant security, auditability, and regulatory/data compliance
• Sequence platform-hardening work protecting customer data
• Set platform direction with high autonomy and lead through influence
• Represent platform capabilities and constraints in company planning, RFPs, customer conversations, and executive roadmap reviews
• Mentor and manage a team as the function grows
• Report to GridUnity’s Strategic Product Officer

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in B2B enterprise software organization(s)
• 7+ years’ experience working in Product Management, including meaningful experience in a platform / infrastructure / technical Product Management role
• Track record of successful SaaS based products developed and launched through your leadership
• Energy/utility industry experience and knowledge is required
• Experience in a utility, ISO/RTO, or developer with the interconnection, grid planning or utility-scale project development process is a plus
• In-depth understanding of and experience with Agile software development methodology
• Skilled in written and verbal communication, transitioning between technical and business content areas
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to prioritize and resolve competing priorities
• Highly organized, managing multiple projects, teams and deliverables
• Ability to adapt to changing internal and external priorities
• U.S. person status: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee
