• Experience leading technical or platform projects, ideally within a Salesforce environment.
• Solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodology; SAFe experience a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable operating at both strategic (roadmap) and tactical (sprint) levels
• Certifications in Scrum Master or SAFe (Nice to Have) and experience with Salesforce team collaboration (Nice to Have)
• PMP or similar project management certification (Nice to Have)
