Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. You will own user management, security, data quality, and reporting, while building declarative automations such as Flows and validation rules.

Experience with CPQ, and a mix of light development (Apex/LWC) is preferred. The role supports remote work and collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including user/security management, Flow Builder, and reporting/dashboards.
• Demonstrated experience building declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes) in a production org.
• Direct experience configuring a CPQ or quoting solution (Salesforce CPQ, or comparable quoting/pricing tool).
• Salesforce ADM 201 certification at minimum; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Apex and/or Lightning Web Components for light development.
• Experience in GovCon, professional services, or IT/cybersecurity reseller environments.
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with finance, contracts, or PSA/PPM tools.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Platform Developer I certification.

Evaluate and integrate AppExchange tools and third-party integrations to extend platform capability.
Provide light custom development (Apex, LWC, or similar) where declarative tools aren't sufficient.
Document configurations, processes, and platform changes to support long-term maintainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including user/security management, Flow Builder, and reporting/dashboards.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes) in a production org.
• Direct experience configuring a CPQ or quoting solution (Salesforce CPQ, or comparable quoting/pricing tool) — this is not a nice-to-have.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) at minimum; Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing competing priorities across multiple internal stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of Apex and/or Lightning Web Components for light custom development.
• Experience in a GovCon, professional services, or IT/cybersecurity reseller environment.
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with finance, contracts, or PSA/PPM tools.
• Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Platform Developer I certification.
