Zusammenfassung

EPAM Systems is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to drive technical investigations and requirements gathering for a new FE healthcare application that will replace a legacy system.

You will work with a cross-functional team to document processes, create user stories, and ensure quality through acceptance testing and DoRs/DoDs. This role emphasizes strong stakeholder communication and collaboration with UX/UI teams.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher).
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Understanding of system integration concepts.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst who thrives on technical investigation, customer-facing interaction, and challenging requirements-gathering processes. This role involves developing a new FE application in the healthcare domain that will replace an existing legacy application, working closely with a team.

Responsibilities

• Discover and document the functions of the existing system and business processes
• Drive features throughout the life cycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the processes inside the Team
• Communicate with the business and technical stakeholders
• Collaborate with UX Designers for UI modeling/wireframing
• Develop product & requirements documentation, guides, and release notes
• Play the role of Subject Matter Expert for specific modules of the Product
• Maintain quality, accuracy, completeness, and usability of the captured requirements
• Contribute to Team's DoRs and DoDs
• Drive acceptance testing of implemented backlog items
• Communicate requirements to UX/UI designers to achieve the desired business goal

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proficiency in English (B2 and higher), written and spoken
• Background in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and diagramming
• Hands-on experience with one or more Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Understanding of system integration concepts
• Expertise in web applications design
• Skills in critical thinking with a customer-oriented, self-driven, and collaborative approach
• Capability to dig into data to validate assumptions
• Showcase of stress resilience and a can-do attitude
