Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of BA experience in software environments.
• Experience gathering requirements and designing solutions.
• Ability to create functional and technical documentation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Figma and similar tools.
• Fluent English communication.

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements

• Create visual models, prototypes, and process diagrams

IF YOU ARE A PERSON WHO

• Has 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software environments




• Has strong experience with requirements gathering and solution design




• Is skilled in UML, BPMN, User Stories, and process modelling




• Can create clear functional and technical documentation




• Has experience working in Agile/Scrum environments




• Is proficient with Jira, Confluence, Figma, and similar tools




• Communicates fluently in English




• Is highly organised, analytical, and proactive




• Thrives in remote, cross-functional, international teams
