TRM is seeking an accomplished executive recruiter to own and close VP, Head of, and executive searches across GTM, R&D, and G&A. You will partner with founders and executives to define roles and guide high-stakes hiring decisions.

You will build leadership pipelines through market mapping, original sourcing, and AI-assisted research, establish recruiting processes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while building TRM’s leadership recruiting function from the ground up.

• Represent TRM at the highest level and deliver an executive-level candidate experience
• Build TRM’s leadership recruiting function from the ground up

• Provide market intelligence on candidate motivations, compensation, and competitive dynamics

Requirements

• 7+ years in recruiting or executive search
• Track record of personally closing VP and/or C-level hires
• Deep experience in high-growth startup environments
• Established network of senior leaders and executives
• Experience owning retained-style leadership searches end-to-end, from defining the search and mapping the market through assessment, references, and close
• Executive presence and credibility to partner directly with founders and senior leaders
• Fluency using AI throughout the search process, including market research, sourcing, candidate synthesis, and personalized executive outreach
• Exceptional sourcing instincts and discipline to build leadership pipelines from scratch
• Exceptional written communication and operational rigorExceptional written communication and operational rigor

• Must be located in the United States
