Jobtailor seeks a senior talent attraction leader to drive strategic sourcing and recruitment across the US market, with a focus on Pharma and Life Sciences. You will lead sourcing teams, partner with HR and leadership, and champion inclusive hiring practices, while leveraging data analytics to optimize recruitment efficiency.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, strong communication skills, and a track record of building candidate pipelines for high-demand roles in a global context.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience supporting the US market.
• Mandatory experience sourcing and/or recruiting talent within the Pharma and/or Life Sciences industry
• Proficiency in English
• Portuguese is a plus
• High School diploma required
• Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required
• 5 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required
• Extensive specialized sourcing experience in at least 2 industries
• Global sourcing exposure in these industries preferred
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS), automation tools and specialized sourcing methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to think strategically and align talent attraction strategies to business goals
• Strong collaboration skills to guide sourcing teams
• In-depth knowledge of industries, job markets and talent trends
• Effective project management skills
• Proficiency in designing talent attraction solutions
• Ability to leverage data analytics and sourcing metrics
• Familiarity with labour laws in major markets, employment regulations and data privacy requirements

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to understand workforce needs and develop strategic talent attraction plans
• Oversee recruitment processes including job profiling, candidate sourcing, assessment and selection
• Promote the employer brand to attract top talent
• Conduct market research on talent trends, industry benchmarks and best practices
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and high-demand positions
• Screen candidates using interviews and assessment tools
• Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive hiring practices
• Use data analytics and sourcing metrics to evaluate talent attraction strategies
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards and vendors
• Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth sourcing operations
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, industry regulations and data privacy regulations
• Represent client organizations at networking events, job fairs and industry conferences
• Stay current with talent attraction trends, technologies and best practices
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and support the Delivery Lead with coaching and team direction
• Lead team huddles and act as the first escalation point for sourcing leadership
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• Identify process improvements and suggest innovative recruitment efficiency solutions
