Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Recruiter to lead strategic intake meetings with hiring managers, shape position specifications, and develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies. You will build pipelines, mentor recruiters, and provide proactive, data-driven guidance throughout the recruitment cycle.

Candidates should have extensive recruiting experience (corporate/agency/RPO), Workday and ATS proficiency, and the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the USA.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, HR, or related field.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO or agency settings with demonstrated successes.
• Workday experience.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment tools.
• Recruitment experience in R&D Pharmaceutical environment.
• Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in the USA.
