Career Executive 赛睿人力资源 is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to support senior and strategic hiring in the German market. You will lead end-to-end recruitment and build talent maps across tech, e-commerce, retail, and logistics.

You will conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform hiring decisions, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and partner with senior stakeholders to shape workforce priorities in a fast-moving international environment across Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in executive search, headhunting or in-house Talent Acquisition.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capability.
• Experience managing senior-level recruitment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and business-critical positions
• Build comprehensive talent maps across technology, e-commerce, retail, logistics and related sectors
• Conduct market research and competitive talent intelligence to support hiring decisions
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies through direct search, networking and market mapping
• Build long-term relationships with high-potential candidates
• Work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership on workforce and hiring priorities

Ideal background:

• Proven experience in executive search, headhunting or in-house Talent Acquisition

• Analytical, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-moving international environment
